2021 HOF Inductees
Gary Bondarchuk - Bowling Ability - Brick, NJ
Gary
Bondarchuk enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for
his outstanding achievements in bowling.
Gary has over 60 certified 300 games,
and over 30 certified 800 series. His highest league
average is 243 and has a high series of 858. Gary has been
active in organized bowling for 60 years.
Gary has 6 PA State USBC Senior
Tournament titles, and 5 Bucks County USBC tournament titles. He
was inducted into the Mercer County NJ USBC Hall of Fame in
1992, and the New Jersey State USBC Hall of Fame in 2018.
Gary has bowled in 6 PA State USBC
Open Championships, 5 PA State USBC Senior Tournaments, and 6
USBC Open Championships. He has 10 PBA Regional titles, 2 PBA
Senior Regional titles, and 7 PBA Tournament runner-up finishes.
Gary is a two-time Buddy Tierno Senior Tour Singles Champion. He
also won the Slocum Thanksgiving Marathon Tournament 7 times,
and the Slocum John Glus Memorial Tournament 6 times.
Michael Coyle - Meritorious Service - Butler, PA
Michael
Coyle enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for his
meritorious service to the game of bowling.
Mike has been involved with the
Butler Area USBC BA since 1990 and is currently a Director. He
is a past President and was a member of the merger transition
committee. He helped to organize three PSBA Tournament
Championships and chaired the committee responsible for
acquiring the 2004 and 2012 Open Championship Tournaments. Mike
was inducted into the Butler County USBC Hall of Fame in 2005.
Mike started attending the PSBA
convention as a delegate in 1992. He became an Area Director in
1996 and served as Area Director Chairman. Mike was the Area
Director Training Chairman for 3 years. Mike also served as
Parliamentarian and has been photographer since 2012. He
operated the computer and presenters at all committee meetings,
and convention for 6 years. In 2005 Mike was elected 4th
Vice President and became association President in 2010. As
President, Mike established both IT Committee and Human
Resources Committee. Mike was elected to the merged PA State
USBC Board of Directors in 2019 where he continues to serve as
Director, Parliamentarian and photographer.
In 2004 Mike was awarded the National
Republican Congressional Committee’s National Leadership Award.
He is also listed in the 2003 edition of Strathmore’s Who’s Who
for his contribution to the sport of bowling.
Mike has bowled in 36 PA State USBC
Open Championships, 12 PA State USBC Mixed Tournaments, 12 PA
State USBC Senior Tournaments, and 8 USBC Open Championships.
His highest league average is 204. Mike has 4 Butler County USBC
Tournament titles.

induct Michael Coyle into the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of
Fame.
Neal Vital - Bowling Ability - Lancaster, PA
Neal
Vital enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for his
outstanding achievements in bowling.
Neal has 40 certified 300 games, and
19 certified 800 series. His highest league average is 240
and has a high series of 837 which included back-to-back 300
games. Neal has been active in organized bowling for 55
years.
Neal has 18 PA State USBC Senior
Tournament titles, and 14 Lancaster USBC BA Tournament titles.
He has 7 Buddy Tierno / Mid-Atlantic Senior Tournament titles
and was a member of the 1985 Dutchman Tournament championship
team. In 2006 Neal was on the team that still holds the
Lancaster USBC BA record for 5-Man Team Series with 3826.
He also held house series records in three different centers in
Lancaster County. Neal was inducted into the Lancaster USBC Hall
of Fame in 2005.
Neal has bowled in 40 PA State USBC
Open Championships, 10 PA State USBC Senior Tournaments, and 45
USBC Open Championships, including the last 44 consecutively.
Neal was the assistant coach for the Penn Manor High School PIAA
State Champions and as head coach led Warwick High School to a
runner-up finish in the 2019 PIAA State Championship.
