2023 HOF Inductees

Heidi Beaver - Bowling Ability - Mifflinburg, PA

Heidi Beaver enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for her outstanding achievements in bowling.

Heidi has seven certified 300 games and four 800 series.  Her highest league average is 225.  Heidi has been active in organized bowling for 35 years.  Her highest three game series of 832 (236,297,299), is the house record for a woman at Mifflinburg Lanes.  She has rolled 50 certified 700 series. 

Heidi was awarded the Pennsylvania State USBC WBA High Average Award for the 2007-2008 season with her 225 average.  In 2006 & 2007 Heidi won back to back PA State Women’s Bowling Association Queens Titles. 

Heidi holds a Pennsylvania Women’s Championship Tournament Doubles title.  In 2021 she won the PA State USBC Women’s Championship Scratch Singles with a 761 and placed second in All Events with a 2140.  At the 2022 PA State USBC Women’s Championship Tournament Heidi placed second in the Scratch All Events with a 2074 and third in Scratch Singles with a 721.  In 1993 Heidi was the WNEP Channel 16 Junior Tournament Champion.

 Heidi was inducted into the Central PA USBC Hall of Fame in 2018 and has a number of Local Association Championship Titles.  She has competed in numerous Northeast Regional PWBA events.  

 Heidi has been the Assistant Coach for the Mifflinburg High School Bowling Team from 1996-1999 and the Head Coach from 1999-2008.  She started as a Youth Coach in 1996 and continues to do that today.  Heidi serves as a Director on the Central PA USBC Board.

Artie Fink Jr - Bowling Ability - Altoona, PA

Artie Fink, Jr enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for his outstanding achievements in bowling.

Artie has (90) certified 300 games, and (55) certified 800 series. His highest league average is 241 and has a high series of 868.  Artie has been active in organized bowling for 37 years. 

Artie has bowled in (27) PA State USBC Open and (3) PA State USBC Senior Championships. He was the 2004 and 2016 PA State USBC Scratch Singes champion. He was also the 2004 PA State USBC Scratch All Events champion.

Artie was a former PBA member and had multiple PBA Regional top five finishes. Artie has won over (50) tournaments both locally and across Pennsylvania. Artie placed third in All Events at the 1994 USBC Open Championship, was third at the 1996 Super Hoinke, and was a Friday Night Super Hoinke Sweeper winner in 1998.

Joseph Hutchinson - Bowling Ability - Old Forge, PA

Joseph “Hutch” Hutchinson enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for his outstanding achievements in bowling.

Joe has approximately 25 certified 300 games, and 10 certified 800 series. His highest league average is 241 and has a high series of 836.  Joe has been active in organized bowling for 62 years. 

Joe has bowled in several PA State USBC Open and PA State USBC Senior Championships. Joe was the 1980 PA State USBC Scratch Singles champion, and a member of the 2018 PA State USBC Open Scratch and Handicap Team champions.  He also has multiple PA State USBC Senior Tournament titles.

Joe was a former PBA member and bowled regular on the PBA tour for many years. Joe has (4) PBA titles. Joe also has (6) PBA Regional titles. Joe was also a member of a Brunswick World Team Challenge championship team.

It is with great pleasure that we induct Joseph “Hutch” Hutchinson into the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame.


Elaine Robinson - Meritorious Service - Whitehall, PA

Elaine Robinson enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for her meritorious service to the game of bowling.

Elaine has been involved in organized bowling for 52 years.  Elaine began her service to the game with the Allentown Area YABA as their Treasurer and then Secretary/Treasurer from 1992 to 2005.  From 2006 to present she currently holds the position of Association Manager for the Allentown Area USBC. 

Elaine’s passion is for the Youth.  In 1987 Elaine began as a coach and the coordinator of the Jordan Youth League at Jordan Lanes.  A position she still holds today.  From 1998 to present Elaine is the Tournament Director for the Lehigh Valley Junior Masters.  She coordinated the Lehigh Valley Junior Traveling League from 1992-1998 and has ran several Junior Gold Qualifiers. 

Elaine was elected to the Pennsylvania State USBC newly merged organization in 2018, as a Youth Director.  She is currently serving as a Director on the PA State USBC Board of Directors.  Elaine chairs the PA State USBC Marketing & Promotions Committee and serves on the Youth, Annual Meeting and Funds Committees.

Elaine has been a league officer for a number of leagues for many years.  She has been a Delegate to many State Youth and Adult Annual Meetings.  Elaine has been instrumental in Allentown Area USBC hosting a number of successful State Championship Tournaments.  From 2006 to present she has been a Delegate to the USBC Annual Convention.  She was inducted into the Allentown Area USBC Hall of Fame for Meritorious Service in 2009.

It is with great pleasure that we induct Elaine Robinson into the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame.
