2020 HOF Inductees

Jackie Sellers Mitskavich - Bowling Ability - Du Bois, PA

Jackie Mitskavich enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for her outstanding achievements in bowling.

Jackie has twenty-seven certified 300 games and ten 800 series.  Her highest league average is 229.  Jackie has been active in organized bowling for 49 years.  Her highest three game series of 877 (288,289,300), was the highest in the nation from 1997 until 2001 and currently is the 5th highest in the nation.  She holds the USBC record for highest women’s four game series of 1166 (288,289,300,289).  Her 1406 (288,289,300,289,240) five game series is also the USBC women’s record high.  Her 1630 (288,289,300,289,240,224) six game series has her ranked second in the USBC women’s record books.

In 1977, at the young age of 10, Jackie rolled a 279 game which was the third highest game that year in the nation by a youth bowler.  Jackie was named the Collegiate Bowler of the Year for two consecutive seasons, 1986-1987 and 1987-1988.  She was a three-time First Team All-American at Penn State University in 1986-87, 1987-88 and 1988-89. 

Jackie has three National Professional Women’s Bowling Association titles and ten Northeast Regional PWBA titles.  She has ten Women’s All-Star Association titles, three Bowl with the Ladies titles, a Women’s World Team Challenge title, and a World Team Challenge Women’s Grand Championship title.  In 1989 she was the Lilac City Tournament Singles Champion, won a gold medal in the team event at the US Olympic Festival and a silver medal at the same festival in the trio’s event. 

Jackie in 1996 was a WIBC 2nd Team All American and received the 1997 Bev Ortner Award for the highest 800 series.  In 1997 she was inducted into the WASA Hall of Fame, she is a member of the DuBois WBA Hall of Fame and the Allegheny Mountain BA Hall of Fame. 

It is with great pleasure that we induct Jackie Mitskavich into the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame.


Andrew Neuer - Bowling Ability - Lewisburg, PA

Andrew Neuer enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for his outstanding achievements in bowling.

Andy has 287 certified 300 games, and 295 certified 800 series.  He is the current USBC record holder for both!  Andy also holds multiple other USBC records in both categories. His highest league average, 254 was the USBC National High Average for the 2012-2013 season.  His highest three game series of 877 included back-to-back 300 games.  Andy has been active in organized bowling for 51 years. 

Andy has multiple PA State USBC Tournament titles, including the 2011 Scratch Team, 2012 Scratch and Handicap Team, and 2016 Scratch All-Events. Andy also was the 2021 PA State USBC Senior 120 & Under Scratch Doubles Champion.

In 1994, Andy won the PBA Bud Light Hall of Fame Championship, and finished second in the 2017 USBC Senior Masters. He also owns eleven PBA Regional titles, and multiple Dutchman Tournament titles.

Andy is the Milton USBC Association Manager, coaches the Milton High School bowling program, coached the Penn State University Main Campus bowling program, and is a member of the Milton USBC Hall of Fame.

It is with great pleasure that we induct Andrew Neuer into the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame.


Donna Shaw - Meritorious Service - Scranton, PA

Donna Shaw enters the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame for her meritorious service to the game of bowling.

Donna has served the Scranton Women’s Bowling Association and the Anthracite Valley USBC for 42 years.  She has served as a Director, Vice President, President and Secretary for the Scranton Women’s Bowling Association.  Donna has been the President and/or the Association Manager for the Anthracite Valley USBC since 2006, serving in the position with the greater need.

Donna was elected as a Director on the Pennsylvania State Women’s Bowling Association in 1992 and then became First Vice President in 1997.  Serving as First Vice President until 2003 when she was elected President.  She was President for 15 years until 2018 when the three organizations merged and became the Pennsylvania State USBC.

She was the Women’s State Senior Championship Tournament Director for 15 years and also assisted at the PA State USBC Women’s Championship Tournament during those same 15 years.  Donna served as Secretary/Treasurer of the PA State Bowling Council for the 8 years it existed.  She is a member of the PA State Women’s 500 Club and has been a Director, Secretary/Treasurer and Vice President for the club.  She was a member of the PA State USBC Transition Committee and Chaired the Nominating Committee for the new organization in 2018.  She continues to serve on the PA State USBC Nominating Committee.    

It is with great pleasure that we induct Donna Shaw into the Pennsylvania State USBC Hall of Fame.
