Team Captain contact information is required. Please provide advance reservation number if you have one and select your home association. Provide an email address to help in communication options.

Enter the bowlers for this entry. For each bowler their USBC ID is required. You will also select if the bowler is entering all events. Can enter both Scratch and Handicap. You can upload standing sheets for proof of average and/or provide information on where the bowlers participate in league. When done click on NEXT.

Select the boxes for each event your bowlers are entering. Select squad times and enter the lineup. When complete click on NEXT. 

You will then be given an order summary and provided payment options. The entry will not be processed unless the payment process is completed. You will get a receipt and a confirmation upon completing the payment.
